Recover reverence: God is holy, near, sovereign, and worthy.
Today is an invitation to slow down and become quiet.
Let us remember Who we are approaching.
Not everything needs to be filled with words.
Not every moment needs an explanation.
Sometimes the watchman must simply stand still and recognize the One who is speaking.
Take ten minutes today for reverent silence.
No performance.
No striving.
No noise.
Simply become attentive to the holiness, nearness, sovereignty, and worthiness of God.
Recover reverence.
